We’re looking for a Senior Insurance Broker who brings deep industry knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for building meaningful client relationships. In this role, you’ll take the lead in guiding clients through complex insurance needs, offering trusted advice, and ensuring every interaction reflects care, integrity, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on various insurance products, including, auto, and property insurance, ensuring they understand policy features, benefits, and exclusions.
- Assist clients with completing insurance applications, collecting necessary documentation, and submitting applications to insurance carriers.
- Generate and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining the terms and conditions and assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Ensure all insurance practices and policies comply with Saskatchewan’s regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships to enhance member benefits and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current insurance products, market trends, and changes in regulations to offer up-to-date advice and solutions.
Experience & Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with a strong understanding of insurance products and industry practices
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with licensing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Grade 12 equivalent, valid general insurance broker license in Saskatchewan (Level II & Level III); CAIB and/or CIP designation preferred.
