Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned portfolios, business lines, and projects, managing ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to set expectations, clarify scope, and align on timelines.

  • Conduct brief monthly touchpoint calls (approx. 30 minutes) with business line stakeholders to share highlights from the past month and preview upcoming initiatives.

  • Facilitate quarterly reviews with business line stakeholders to deliver comprehensive updates, discuss wins and challenges, review data points, preview next quarter’s initiatives, and provide budget status.

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager to shape annual and campaign marketing plans, and participate in quarterly team reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.

  • Develop detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, and KPIs, translating business objectives into actionable briefs for Content, Design, and Digital teams.

  • Lead campaign planning and execution, using Asana to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and objectives are met.

  • Oversee project workflows by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring resources are available for team members.

  • Execute campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (social, search, email, print, partner placements), monitoring performance and implementing real-time optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to inform future strategies, preparing campaign scorecards and quarterly performance summaries.

  • Share insights with the team and leadership to inform ongoing and future strategies, documenting best practices and maintaining playbooks for repeatable success.
     

What You Bring:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and paid advertising

  • Experience with media buying (radio, magazine, Spotify, YouTube, billboards) is an asset

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects

  • Friendly, approachable, and collaborative team player
